Civil Airports can be treated as a combination of multidiscipline organizations based there which include Airports Authority of India, Different airlines, Police, Security agencies, Civil Aviation Deptt. Customs, Immigrations, Health, private parties like Restaurants, shops and many others. All are having varied pay structures and many of them are secretive and not open. Thus it may not be possible to get such data.

For a fully operational Rooftop Helipad in India, approval (Or NOC) from the following organizations are needed;
(i) Airport Authority of India.
(ii) Ministry of Defence
(iii) Ministry of Home Affairs
(iv) Director General of Civil Aviation (Ministry of Civil Aviation)
(v) Ministry of Environment and Forest
(vi) Owner of the Land
(vii) Local Municipal Authority
(viii) Local Police Authority
Ultimate and Final authority is DGCA, who will issue the Approval for the roof top helipad (Or Licence) on receipt of individual clearances from all the above mentioned organizations.

1) Site Coordinates Certificate (WGS84 datum) / Site Elevation Certificate
2) Undertaking on Form 1A/Authorization Letter (In case application is not file by Owner/Lessee)
3) Permission from Airport Operator (only for sites within Airport premises)
Also it will be greatfull, if you could provide the cost of such undertaking

Reply to your queries pertaining to your site near Shangumugam area in Trivandrum
are given below;
1) Site Coordinates Certificate (WGS84 datum) / Site Elevation Certificate: Our survey team visits the site and takes measurements by using suitable survey equipment such as DGPS & Total Station (1″ accuracy). Based on the above we would issue the Site Coordinates Certificate (WGS84 datum) / Site Elevation Certificate as per AAI requirements.
2) Undertaking on Form 1A/Authorization Letter (In case application is not file by Owner/Lessee): We can guide about the preparation of undertaking on Form 1A/ Authorisation Letter, if needed by the client.
3) Permission from Airport Operator (only for sites within Airport premises): This is meant for the sites located inside the airport boundary, and as such “Not applicable” to your site.
